ACADEMIC PILLAR

To provide a sound education, based in liberal arts.

Head, Heart And Hands

College of the Ozarks is a 基督教 liberal arts college committed to a five-fold mission of encouraging academic, 基督教, 文化, 职业, and patriotic growth in its students.

Faithful Education

The College’s academic program is intentionally Christ-centered and based on the biblical and historical confession that Jesus Christ is Lord. All the things one studies in college, from accounting to zoology, were created through him and for him and hold together in him (Colossians 1:15-20). Courses at our accredited 基督教 college are taught from the perspective of a biblical worldview, which provides a broad and robust understanding of the world that a secular worldview cannot provide.

Faithful Professors

The faculty of the College is comprised of men and women who are experts in their field and deeply committed to Jesus Christ. These professors take seriously the privilege of teaching and mentoring students throughout their educational journeys at the college.

学生 资源

The students section provides resources for students in the area of academics, work education, character education, and 基督教 ministries.

领导
机会

There are many leadership opportunities at 努力工作 that promote personal growth and the ability for students to make an impact on the campus community. Those students that desire to be the voice of the student body may get involved with 学生 Senate. The Council for 学生 Programs is also a great opportunity for students that wish to improve school spirit and student activities. The 领导 Development Tract provides students with the necessary tools they need in order to become a successful citizen of Christlike character. 学生s that have proven to be exceptional leaders and possess quality character can also become a peer leader in our freshman orientation program known as Character Camp. There are many additional leadership opportunities that provide students of all desires to get involved.

  • 奖学金 of 基督教 Athletes,
  • 基督教 Ministries.

We also provide a non-denominational chapel service each Sunday morning. Please refer to the student handbook for current chapel and convocation requirements.
